What you'll do

• Supervise staff and clients
• enforce store and agency policies
• handle customer needs and complaints
• manage sales and production areas
• maintain merchandise displays and stock
• schedule production staff and monitor output and quality
• oversee merchandise flow and donation processing
• recruit, hire, train, and coach staff
• manage schedules, reports, inventory, cash handling, and deposits
• complete orientations and performance reviews
• coordinate with case managers and administrative teams
• meet sales goals.
