What you'll do

• Generate dealership traffic through outreach, referrals, social media, internet leads, and walk-ins
• greet customers and identify needs
• recommend vehicles and conduct test drives
• stay current on models, features, incentives, and pricing
• guide customers through selection, trade-in evaluations, and introductory financing discussions
• partner with the Finance and Insurance team
• negotiate and close deals
• follow up after sales and build repeat and referral relationships.
