Technical Project Analyst

Job overview

The Technical Project Analyst role is onsite in Arlington, VA at least four days per week. The annual salary range is $130,000–$160,000. The position supports Office of Naval Research program managers developing, integrating, accrediting, and transitioning advanced technology capabilities for the Department of the Navy. The role serves as an integrator across program management, engineering, cybersecurity, and operational stakeholders. It supports successful technical program execution by coordinating schedules, acquisition and engineering activities, system accreditation, cybersecurity compliance, testing, and program documentation.

What you'll do

• Manage technical programs from planning through execution
• maintain Integrated Master Schedules, project plans, action trackers, and metrics
• coordinate engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, procurement, testing, and transition activities
• support establishment, accreditation, and sustainment of government IT systems
• maintain RMF documentation and authorization packages in eMASS
• coordinate system validation, compliance, configuration management, and operational testing
• prepare technical documents, briefings, procedures, reports, and acquisition artifacts
• support budgeting, procurement, resource planning, risk management, and contract deliverables.
