What you'll do

• Lead and grow the U.S. power-distribution application engineering team
• ensure responses to customer inquiries
• participate in major quotes and bids as needed
• work with Design Engineering on product optimization
• provide corrective-action reports
• participate in customer reviews as needed
• collaborate with R&D on products and cost savings
• participate in industry conferences and standards development
• guide manufacturing on product quality
• travel at least 25%, including international travel.
