The Clinician Level 3 works onsite in Louisville, KY, in a residential recovery setting. The salary range is $65,000–$75,000 per year. This experienced clinician provides direct treatment while supporting clinical supervision, documentation quality, and onboarding. What you'll do

• Provide individual counseling, group therapy, and clinical interventions
• conduct assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations for adults
• facilitate assigned IOP and therapeutic groups
• respond to crises with de-escalation and safety planning
• supervise at least one clinician or trainee
• support onboarding and training
• participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• complete clinical documentation within 24 hours and review or lock records as assigned.
