Preventive Maintenance Technician, CNC Equipment

Job overview

The Preventive Maintenance Technician role is field-based, with work starting from home and customer-site visits across southern Minnesota and northern Iowa; compensation is $28–$35 per hour. Productivity Inc. provides machine-tool sales and service and supports customers’ CNC equipment operations. The technician performs scheduled maintenance and repairs to keep CNC machine tools and metal-cutting equipment functioning. The role troubleshoots multiple systems, replaces parts, tests equipment, makes adjustments, and completes service documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machine tools and metal-cutting equipment at customer sites
• troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electronic, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• identify and replace parts, test functionality, make adjustments, and complete paperwork and data entry.
