The Enterprise Agility Leader, Fleet Ecosystem role is onsite in Washington, DC. Compensation is $55–$56 per hour. The role serves as strategic coach, facilitator, and operating-model steward for the Fleet Ecosystem Leadership Team at a transportation organization.

What you'll do

• Evolve the cross-portfolio Fleet operating model
• facilitate alignment sessions, strategic planning, and retrospectives
• translate enterprise roadmaps and funding priorities into coordinated backlogs
• manage organizational cadences and dependencies using Jira Align and agility tools
• establish execution metrics and governance forums
• and coach leaders and teams on flow metrics, capacity planning, lean-agile portfolio practices, and change enablement. Quarterly travel along the Northeast corridor is required.
