What you'll do

• Support daily clinic operations and patient flow
• serve as a front-desk contact when the Practice Supervisor is absent
• assist with staffing coverage and scheduling
• monitor clinic volume and adjust workflows
• manage templates and timesheets
• cover front desk and checkout
• monitor workqueues and pools
• coach and onboard staff
• address patient concerns
• support registration, scheduling, referrals, and insurance verification
• assist with audits and reports
• follow HIPAA and safety standards.
