What you'll do

• Process full-cycle accounts payable for multiple business units
• review invoices and general ledger coding
• maintain vendor records and W-9 and 1099 documentation
• prepare payment batches
• resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• reconcile accounts payable aging reports
• process corporate card transactions and employee reimbursements
• assist with monthly and year-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit preparation.
