What you'll do

• Provide person-centered, trauma-informed support and service coordination for individuals with IDD and co-occurring behavioral health needs
• support functioning across behavioral health, adaptive skills, communication, and community integration
• maintain required First Aid and CPR certification
• transport clients as needed
• complete training for physical intervention certification as needed.
