• design assessment methodologies for procurement, warehousing, transportation, inventory, commodity tracking, distribution, and last-mile delivery
• evaluate supply chain performance and accountability
• assess risks and recommend mitigation
• review logistics systems and controls
• develop reports and recommendations
• mentor field teams and collaborate with technical specialists.
