What you'll do

• Analyze training needs and performance gaps
• define learning objectives
• design curricula aligned with organizational goals and government standards
• create multimedia and web-based storyboards
• develop e-learning modules, instructor-led guides, and performance support tools
• evaluate training effectiveness using industry metrics
• collaborate with data science and technology subject matter experts.
