It also supports reporting readiness, internal controls, and consistent accounting practices through collaboration with finance and other teams.

What you'll do

• Research and document complex accounting issues under GAAP and SEC regulations
• prepare and review technical accounting memoranda
• assess accounting for nonroutine transactions
• advise on relevant ASC standards
• monitor and implement new accounting pronouncements
• partner with accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and other teams
• draft and review disclosures
• support special projects and strengthen internal controls and audit-ready documentation.
