The Vice President, Manufacturing Engineering and Facilities role is onsite in New York Mills, NY, with compensation of $150,000–$200,000 per year. The Fountainhead Group manufactures liquid sprayer products for home and professional use and operates manufacturing and distribution centers. As a senior management leader reporting to the President, the VP sets technical and manufacturing strategy and leads engineering, automation, equipment, process improvement, maintenance and reliability, facilities, and capital investment. The role drives measurable improvements in manufacturing performance and develops technical teams and plans to support the company’s future growth.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute manufacturing engineering and technology strategy
• improve efficiency, throughput, quality, reliability, labor utilization, downtime, and cost
• lead automation, controls, robotics, equipment integration, and production-system initiatives
• lead capital planning and major projects with business and ROI analysis
• strengthen asset planning and maintenance
• evaluate technologies, equipment, vendors, and processes
• partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and New Product Development
• mentor and develop technical teams.

Why this role
