What you'll do

• Use assigned prospective customer leads
• serve customer needs and build long-term relationships
• maintain gross profit margins
• contact regular and prospective customers
• demonstrate products and explain features
• quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts
• estimate delivery dates
• prepare transaction reports and expense accounts
• deliver heavy-duty truck and trailer parts
• record sales and delivery information
• resolve service complaints
• stock shelves
• participate in training and follow safety policies.
