What you'll do

• Provide therapeutic and preventive nursing care in homes and community settings
• conduct nursing assessments
• coordinate with Tribal, state, and federal health and social-service agencies
• educate Community Health Aides and Representatives
• support diabetes education and prevention
• participate in emergency preparedness and response
• provide blood glucose testing at events.

Why this role
