Senior Test Engineer

The Senior Test Engineer role is an onsite position located in Menomonee Falls, WI. Compensation is not specified for this contract role, which supports a client in the defense and naval power systems industry. This role exists to lead the design, development, and execution of test programs that validate the performance, functionality, and reliability of advanced electrical systems. The engineer will ensure technical tasks are completed on time and within budget while mentoring junior staff.

What you'll do

• Write test procedures and protocols to assess product reliability
• Debug test hardware and software
• Responsible for technical activity and completion of assigned tasks
• Design, develop, analyze, document and support testing of products
• Review customer specifications and requirements
• Specify and evaluate supplier components
• Support program design to cost and design for manufacture requirements
• Develop prototypes to retire key development risks.
