Full Stack Software Engineer

The Full Stack Software Engineer role is onsite in Arlington, VA; compensation is $160,000–$190,000 per year. The engineer supports a Department of Defense AI transformation initiative with mission users and technical teams. The role exists to design, build, integrate, and deploy secure, scalable applications that apply agentic AI, large language models, knowledge graphs, and enterprise software to critical mission requirements. It contributes by translating mission needs into reliable software and supporting secure delivery in DoD environments.

What you'll do

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents and orchestration pipelines
• integrate government-approved large language models into enterprise applications
• develop data ingestion architectures, APIs, microservices, and containerized applications
• support knowledge graphs, entity resolution, semantic search, and context-aware retrieval
• participate in CI/CD and automated testing
• apply secure coding practices, remediate vulnerabilities, and support Authority to Operate activities.
