What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and texts
• provide information about office hours, locations, and services
• schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• enter and verify patient demographic and insurance information
• route clinical and nonclinical messages according to guidelines
• document interactions in patient charts
• perform other assigned duties.
