What you'll do

• Teach classroom sessions on safety regulations, driving techniques, and road signs
• provide hands-on driving instruction and road test preparation
• develop training plans that meet student needs and CDL requirements
• assess progress through practical evaluations and written exams
• provide feedback and additional training
• keep training current with regulatory changes
• document attendance, progress, and certifications
• coordinate CDL test appointments
• support operations with route completion and safety risk-mitigation initiatives.
