What you'll do

• Coach athletes in the compulsory program following USAG Development Program guidelines
• help develop level-appropriate skills, routines, and conditioning programs
• foster a safe, disciplined, positive training environment
• support athlete progression with consistency, technique, and encouragement
• attend competitions, team meetings, and professional development sessions as needed
• collaborate with coaches and management.
