What you'll do

• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for equipment, guest rooms, and property infrastructure
• perform minor mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs
• manage in-house projects, including proposals, schedules, quality, budgets, and issue resolution
• supervise outside contractors
• maintain exterior areas and, if applicable, the pool and spa.
