What you'll do

• Lead implementations from kickoff through go-live, including scoping, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
• serve as primary client liaison
• collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define deliverables, manage scope, address technical challenges, and adapt solutions for regulated environments
• manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and escalations
• capture customer insights and refine implementation methods, templates, and tools.
