The RN provides direct, patient-centered nursing care overnight as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. The role supports residents’ medical and behavioral health needs through clinical monitoring, treatment, crisis support, care coordination, advocacy, and accurate documentation in a safe residential setting.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care using evidence-based practices
• administer medications, treatments, and interventions per orders
• monitor resident status and escalate changes
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and behavioral health professionals on care plans
• provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when appropriate
• educate residents and families
• coordinate care for co-occurring needs
• follow safety, infection control, documentation, and regulatory requirements
• advocate for residents and support family engagement.
