The CFO leads financial strategy and provides ownership and operating leaders with timely insight to guide profitability, liquidity, and long-term growth. The role strengthens financial planning, reporting, controls, and systems while leading complex initiatives such as acquisitions, financing, audits, and real estate strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, capital allocation, and financial analysis
• oversee cash management, banking, financing, capital expenditures, and insurance
• evaluate acquisitions and growth opportunities
• direct tax and entity-structure strategy
• establish financial policies, controls, reporting standards, and scalable processes
• oversee external professional relationships
• mentor the Corporate Controller and support timely monthly close.
