What you'll do

• Coordinate divisional drivers and plan assignments for continuous moves and next-day starts
• assist drivers with pickup, seal, DOT compliance, and customer issues
• track and trace shipments and handle rail billing
• communicate with customers and dispatch
• manage empty returns, reservations, equipment, and per diem
• review yard and load inventory
• review driver pay and payroll reports
• train drivers on tablet and mobile apps
• communicate delays and operational issues.
