The Electrical Engineer role is hybrid in Troy, MI. Pay is $75,000–$115,000 per year. M1 Search Group is recruiting for a role supporting industrial electrical systems projects from design through commissioning. The engineer leads design and execution work to help deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in line with client requirements. The role coordinates with engineering, design, project management, manufacturing, client, and supplier teams through installation, startup, and commissioning.

What you'll do

• Lead industrial electrical systems design and execution
• develop power and control system designs and engineering calculations
• coordinate multidisciplinary project work
• support equipment installation, startup, and commissioning
• prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications
• mentor junior engineers and team members
• manage multiple projects and schedules.
