What you'll do

• Oversee carpet-cleaning and water-restoration operations
• schedule teams and provide onsite support for some larger projects
• prepare estimates for water, fire, mold, and commercial-cleaning work
• inspect quality against IICRC standards and company protocols
• train team members
• maintain OSHA compliance and safety documentation
• communicate with clients
• monitor operational goals and performance indicators
• improve procedures
• track equipment and supplies
• oversee project records and billing documentation.
