Field Sales Representative — Caper Smart Carts

The Field Sales Representative role is onsite in Allentown, PA, with compensation of $30 per hour on W-2. The position supports the Retail Go-To-Market Operations team and introduces grocery shoppers to Caper smart cart technology. The role exists to encourage customer adoption of Caper carts through in-store demonstrations and direct engagement. It also supports store operations by building relationships with personnel, reporting customer feedback, and working toward user-acquisition goals.
