What you'll do

• Assist with demolition, grading, and site preparation
• install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and irrigation components
• support installation of pavers, walkways, retaining walls, and edging
• operate hand tools and power equipment safely
• load and unload materials and equipment
• maintain clean, organized, safe job sites
• follow crew leader and supervisor direction
• report safety concerns, site issues, and equipment problems.
