Participant Success Coordinator

What you'll do

• Identify barriers involving childcare, transportation, housing, health and wellness, food access, and financial assistance
• build relationships with community organizations, service providers, employers, and public agencies
• conduct outreach and follow-ups
• develop support plans and coordinate referrals
• track outcomes
• maintain participant records and reports
• support AAMWA events and wellness activations.
