The Interior Designer — Healthcare role is onsite in Orlando, FL, supporting Little’s multidisciplinary Healthcare Studio. Compensation is not specified. Little is a transdisciplinary design firm focused on elevating performance and developing innovative design solutions for healthcare clients. The designer contributes healthcare interiors expertise to projects ranging from small upfits to major renovations and additions. Through programming, design documentation, client recommendations, presentations, and coordination with design partners, the role helps deliver integrated healthcare environments.

What you'll do

• Provide healthcare interiors expertise to design concepts
• participate in or lead programming and pre-planning analysis
• contribute conceptual design and documentation for healthcare projects
• assist with or prepare furniture, fixtures, and equipment and artwork recommendations and support procurement and installation
• assist with or lead client interior design standards
• assist with or lead presentations for visioning and design meetings
• coordinate with graphic artists, signage and wayfinding designers, branding and experience design experts, vendors, product representatives, and engineering consultants.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, three or more years of experience, and Revit proficiency. NCIDQ certification or progress toward certification is preferred; SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Enscape proficiency is also preferred.
