What you'll do

• Administer the trust accounting system and oversee controls, account setup, maintenance, reporting, and approvals
• direct client security trade settlement and account processing
• lead client service and account onboarding
• investigate and resolve operational exceptions
• oversee account reconciliations and dual-control reviews
• develop and maintain policies, procedures, workflows, and controls
• safeguard client assets and coordinate corporate actions
• manage and develop department employees
• coordinate regulatory, tax, and specialized account reporting.
