The Cashier / Sales Associate (BP) role is onsite in Glenn Dale, MD, with compensation of $15–$17 per hour. The position supports customer service and store operations at a BP store operated by E & C Mid-Atlantic Ventures. The associate processes customer payments, answers product questions and supports merchandise and food-service operations. The role also helps keep the store clean, stocked and ready for customers.

What you'll do

• Receive cash and card payments
• make change and issue receipts
• reconcile register totals with cash on hand
• describe item features and prices
• operate the register and scanner
• verify cigarette counts between shifts
• follow age-verification policy for alcohol and cigarettes
• price and display goods
• check in vendors
• operate the lottery machine
• clean the store inside and out
• stock merchandise and supplies
• keep food-service equipment clean and stocked.
