Full-Time Maintenance Assistant

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled cleaning and plant operations
• assist with service contracts and vendors
• complete basic building repairs and maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and minor plumbing tasks
• monitor building systems and contact the Facility Manager or repair services when needed
• remove snow from entrances and walkways
• assist with library security
• set up rooms for events
• move materials and equipment
• complete errands and other assigned tasks.
