The manager leads creative standards, content production, and website content so the company’s people, projects, and capabilities are represented consistently across digital, recruiting, business development, and events. The role partners across Marketing, Business Development, Recruiting, and leadership to deliver creative work and maintain the company’s digital presence.

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain brand standards
• manage creative assets
• direct internal and external creative work
• produce photography, video, graphics, and written content
• own website content and updates
• implement SEO recommendations with the Digital Marketing Specialist
• partner with internal teams
• coordinate creative schedules and deadlines
• travel to jobsites, company locations, and events for content capture.
