The Senior Manager, Talent Attraction & Recruitment Marketing role is remote. Compensation is $140,000–$155,000 per year. PetVet Care Centers’ mission is to improve the lives of animals and people through compassionate care, supported by more than 400 locally led hospitals and over 11,000 team members nationwide. The role develops and executes recruitment marketing programs that strengthen candidate attraction and hiring pipelines across clinical, hospital, field leadership, corporate, and other hard-to-fill roles. It connects hiring priorities with targeted campaigns, events, measurement, and partnerships to improve candidate engagement and recruiting outcomes.

What you'll do

• Develop recruitment marketing strategies and quarterly plans
• translate hiring needs into targeted attraction plans
• lead campaigns across social, email, CRM, digital advertising, search, job boards, referrals, professional communities, and events
• partner with recruiters to improve candidate conversion
• lead conference, career fair, campus, and event marketing
• manage campaign planning, launch, optimization, and reporting
• support recruitment brand messaging and content
• track engagement, leads, applications, conversion, and hires
• manage vendors and agencies
• provide tools, templates, and best practices to recruiting teams.
