It contributes to safe, patient-centered care through quality improvement, effective staffing and budgeting, and coordination with physicians, referral partners, and interdisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

• Lead clinical operations to support safe, high-quality patient care
• ensure compliance with Medicare, state, accreditation, and agency regulations
• mentor and develop clinical managers and staff
• monitor quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, documentation, and regulatory performance
• oversee staffing, productivity, budgeting, and operational efficiency
• lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives
• collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and interdisciplinary teams
• support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.

Why this role

The posting requires an active Registered Nurse license, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, five years of home health experience, and three years of progressive leadership experience. A master’s degree and home health leadership certification are preferred.
