Quality Assurance Team Lead

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop QA team members
• support Agile ceremonies, capacity planning, priorities, and sprint commitments
• own and participate in regression testing
• review automated test code
• ensure automation meets security, compliance, and quality standards
• improve testing processes, tools, documentation, and standards
• evaluate testing tools and approaches
• support interviewing, onboarding, coaching, development planning, and performance management.
