What you'll do

• Support scheduling and coordination of installation appointments across field crews and customers
• track inventory and equipment logistics
• help identify deployment bottlenecks and propose process improvements
• coordinate communication among field teams, warehouse staff, and customers
• help define and monitor deployment efficiency and on-time performance KPIs
• contribute to documentation and standard operating procedures
• support ad hoc projects to improve deployment speed and reliability.
