The Experienced Tax Preparer role is hybrid in Danville, VA. Pay is $15–$20 per hour. The work helps clients navigate tax matters while supporting client retention, business growth, and office priorities.

What you'll do

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews
• explain, prepare, and complete accurate multiyear, multistate, and year-end tax forms
• provide IRS audit support
• complete e-filing and provide printed returns for client review and signature
• answer tax questions and provide future tax planning
• process client payments
• support marketing and business generation
• collaborate with teammates and mentor or support colleagues.
