What you'll do

• Coordinate safety training and maintain records and certifications
• conduct safety audits
• support incident investigations and corrective actions
• coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work plans
• identify hazards
• assist with safety policies and procedures
• assess risk and legal compliance
• maintain an on-floor safety presence
• record Safety Committee meeting minutes
• communicate concerns to leadership
• support production teams and off-hour emergencies as needed.
