What you'll do

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion
• develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• coordinate clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
• monitor progress, costs, quality, and safety
• lead meetings and resolve issues
• manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and documentation
• partner with Superintendents on delivery.
