What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, identify treatment needs, and develop collaborative measurable treatment plans with patients. Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with program, regulatory, and confidentiality standards
• communicate with referral sources and families
• lead individual and group sessions and multidisciplinary treatment reviews
• coordinate resources and post-discharge planning
• and use clinical judgment in crisis interventions, risk assessments, de-escalation, and suicide risk evaluations.

Why this role

Requires an associate degree or higher and a fully licensed Texas LCDC or higher. Texas LPC-A, LPC, LPC-S, LCSW, LMSW, or LMFT credentials are preferred. A $500 sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days; eligible direct-care team members may qualify for STAR Loan Repayment Program assistance.
