Maintenance Technician — Full-Time

• Perform general building repairs and cleaning

• check medical gas storage and arrange deliveries as needed
• document system checks, drills, and generator tests
• coordinate building-system service
• assist with renovation projects
• support fire, safety, and disaster procedures
• maintain facility cleanliness.
