Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

The specialist leads testing initiatives, manages defects, and drives quality improvements across programs and releases. The role contributes to software reliability by coordinating with engineering and product teams, analyzing issues, and mentoring QA colleagues.

What you'll do

• Lead QA strategy, test planning, and execution across projects and releases
• conduct regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
• validate and reproduce defects
• manage defect tracking
• drive high-impact issues to resolution and perform root-cause analysis
• collaborate with engineering, product, and program teams
• analyze quality metrics
• present findings and recommendations
• mentor QA team members
• identify opportunities to improve testing coverage, automation, and QA processes.
