The Analyst, Infrastructure Consulting & Advisory role is hybrid in Honolulu, HI, with 2–3 days per week at a client site and additional hybrid flexibility. Compensation is $90,000–$105,000 per year. What you'll do

• Support public-private partnership frameworks, feasibility assessments, value-for-money analyses, and business cases
• conduct market research, financial evaluations, and risk assessments
• assist with infrastructure transaction planning and execution
• prepare analytical models, briefings, procurement documents, and negotiation materials
• coordinate stakeholders
• develop recommendations and support governance, policy, and implementation planning.
