The Vehicle Maintenance Technician – DOT role is onsite in San Diego, CA. Pay is $40–$44 per hour. SP+, a Metropolis company, maintains vehicles used in its parking and mobility operations and describes its checkout-free parking technology. The technician inspects, repairs, and maintains assigned vehicles and equipment so that safe, reliable vehicles are available for service. The role supports fleet readiness through quality work, safe practices, and ongoing technical development.

What you'll do

• Maintain vehicles for safety, reliability, and passenger comfort in accordance with contractual requirements and fleet standards
• perform maintenance inspections and repairs on assigned vehicles and equipment
• complete maintenance work safely and efficiently
• maintain technical competency and participate in company training and development.
