Senior Software Developer

What you'll do

• Use project management tools including Word, Excel, Project, and Visio to allocate assignments, track status, and estimate time
• apply project management methodology and documentation
• plan and facilitate project and technical meetings, including application development demonstrations
• prepare status reports with metrics, progress, and mitigation strategies
• partner with business analysts to elicit requirements from business owners and stakeholders
• coordinate test plans and testing with the technical lead
• facilitate and manage multiple projects related to agency business efforts, applications, and infrastructure changes
• report task status and outstanding issues
• follow New York State project management directives and processes.
