What you'll do

• Review and process incoming home health referrals
• verify patient eligibility, insurance coverage, and authorizations
• coordinate timely admissions
• ensure referrals meet clinical and regulatory requirements
• communicate with referral sources, physicians, clinicians, and patients
• collaborate with Billing and Authorization teams on documentation
• comply with agency policies and state and federal regulations.
